Pre stressed wall panel systems have significant advantages over competing ordinary reinforced panels due to their higher resistance to loading and cracking and the added advantage of flexibility under load. Manufactured to optimum standards with the highest quality raw materials, the 50N concrete mix, produced in a modern state of the art batching plant, ensures strong robust walls for a variety of applications.

A wide range of sizes and depths are available, as well as made to order solutions, allows a variety of applications to be considered. Panels can also be moved and installed in another location if required – double and single load bearing available.

Panels are delivered to site, clearly labelled for ease of installation, ready for immediate use. High speed erection ensures substantial savings in labour costs. Each panel has two sockets cast into teh tongue to facilitate a threaded loop when installing. Panels are also chamfered along the ends to facilitate a place of sealer if required.
